Returns

We want your cat to love their piece. If something isn't right, standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Made-to-measure

Made-to-measure (Bespoke) pieces are cut to your cat's exact measurements and are final sale — they can't be returned or exchanged. We confirm every fit sheet with you before a single cut is made.

Getting the size right

Not sure about sizing? Email us your cat's three measurements and a photo before you order, and we'll size the piece personally: hello@whiskerhome.com — a human answers, usually within 24 hours.
