How does sizing work?

Three measurements — neck, chest, back — matched to our size chart. Full guide with video on the Size Guide page. If it doesn't fit, exchanges are free.

How long until my order arrives?

Each piece is made to order in 3–5 days, then shipped tracked. US: 5–9 business days. UK & Ireland: 3–6. Canada & Australia: 6–10.

Is the fabric safe for my cat?

Yes — everything we use is hypoallergenic and certified pet-safe. No loose buttons, no cords, no parts a cat can chew off and swallow.

Can my cat wear this all day?

Our Essentials are designed for extended wear, but every cat should have supervised "dress time" first. Remove clothing overnight unless your vet advises otherwise.

My cat has never worn clothes. Where do I start?

The Cloud Sweater — our lightest, most relaxed fit. Short sessions, treats, patience. Most Sphynx adjust within days because they genuinely feel the warmth.

Will I pay customs fees?

US orders under $800: no. UK orders: VAT is already included at checkout — nothing extra at the door. CA/AU/IE: small fees possible above local thresholds; the courier will notify you.

Do you make clothes for cats with fur?

Yes — our pieces fit all breeds. Sphynx anatomy is our starting point, which means extra comfort standards that every cat benefits from.

What's your return policy?

14-day returns on standard pieces, free size exchanges within 30 days. Made-to-measure pieces are final sale (they're made for your cat alone).
